This charming house is in the historic heart of Saint Martin. You’ll enjoy a bike room at the entrance then a sheltered patio with lounge and garden furniture.
On the first floor, a first bedroom with shower room and WC and twin beds (80 x 200), followed by a large 44 m2 living room opening onto the patio, bright and spacious with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a large, non-functional fireplace.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), an independent bathroom/shower and WC. Then a master suite with a bed (160 x 200), shower room and access to the solarium.
