6 - Check in the viewfinder

We advise you to check the image properly using the viewfinder (live view) and not just rely on the screen (screen view).

Indeed, in full sunlight or in very bright light, reading on the screen will be difficult and convert badly the true brightness of the image. Brightness is high on the Ile de Ré: think about it.

The details and therefore any possible faults will be easily perceived by your naked eye if you are focused only in the viewfinder but will escape more easily your vigilance when looking at the screen as they will be embedded in a broader picture. Live view allows you to enjoy more refined focus and depth of field.

Use the screen view for the first frames and settings and then switch to live view to fine tune and check everything is perfect before the capturing of the photo.
