Villa reservations made after March 14, 2020 are not covered by the Force Majeure Policy, unless the tenant is currently ill with COVID-19.
The following COVID-19 circumstances are not covered :
Disruptions and cancellations whatever the modes of transport travel restrictions
Health recommendations and quarantine changes to existing law and others such as evacuation orders, border closings and containment requirements.
The tenant's cancellation conditions will apply according to the usual methods.
Our Force Majeure Policy is designed to protect tenants and owners from the unexpected after booking. Since COVID-19 has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the Case Policy of force majeure no longer applies insofar as COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.

For your safety, we have implemented sanitary protocols adapted to the Covid19 when preparing the houses:
The rooms are ventilated before being cleaned, the housekeepers wash their hands before and after each step and / or wear disposable gloves, they wear a mask, the household accessories are disposable, the elements are cleaned and disinfected including flexible and porous surfaces, household linen is washed at the highest temperature recommended by the manufacturer, the vacuum cleaner is disinfected.
An approved virucidal product is sprayed on all sensitive parts of the house:

During the reception in the houses we also ask you to respect the instructions which make it possible to ensure your safety
The greeter, regularly cleans his hands with soap or an alcoholic solution and / or uses disposable gloves, provides you with bags so that you can put your laundry in the bags before your departure
We ask the greeter and the tenant to wear a mask, to respect the physical distance measures and to reduce the number of people present in the house during the reception or the visit, the ideal being that 1 or Maximum 2 people are present in each room during the visit, respecting the safety distance
Prefer for payment of balances and services (cleaning, comfort pack) online payment before your arrival to avoid contact as much as possible
