Rental with garden

Those who rent houses on the Ile de Ré are, for the most part, city-dwellers, who dream of spending their holidays beside the sea, breathing in fresh air, napping in the garden and spending evenings around the barbecue with their friends.

A courtyard may be sufficient in the highly sought-after villages of La Couarde, Saint Martin or La Flotte. However, in villages such as Rivedoux, St Clément or Sainte Marie, a courtyard would not be enough and the absence of a garden may become a serious obstacle to rental requests on the Ile de Ré.

The garden is, then, a big plus point for clients looking to come to the Ile de Ré for outdoor living and fresh air.
