This house is exceptionally located in the heart of La Flotte on the seafront with a direct view of the ocean, rare on the Ile de Ré. With its high ceilings, this fisherman’s house was built in 1858 but has retained in its exterior architecture all the charm linked to the history of an old house in La Flotte. The style and design of this old house have been rethought by a renowned architect. The interior space opens on one side to the sea and on the other to a beautiful garden with its heated swimming pool & Courtyard. Villa Bella is positioned at the waters edge on a private foot / cycle path which is closed to vehicular traffic, although access to courtyard parking is possible The beach is at your feet, shops, restaurants and the market a few dozen meters away.
