In the respect of the architecture of the Island of Ré, an original decoration down to the smallest details makes wonder in this villa full of charm and refinement. It is very easy to live in and ideal for its location as it is very close to the beach, the village with its daily market, its restaurants and its shops. Its modern comfort, its quality fittings and its 2 gardens of 200 m2 on either side of the house mean that it is bathed in sunshine all day long. These two outdoor spaces will allow you to enjoy your holidays in privacy, as one side of the house is for lazy afternoons and the other has a BBQ for lunches with family or friends. The house is very well thought out so that everyone will have an unforgettable holiday.
In the main house you will find 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with single beds.
In the annex is a double bedroom en suite with its own shower room and toilet.
