Right in the heart of the village of La Flotte, Fleur is the ideal place to spend a vacation with the family or two couples.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall with separate toilet and a bicycle garage. Once through the old sliding door, you’ll find a large 32m2 living room opening onto the courtyard. A fully-equipped open kitchen with dining area, reading corner and cosy lounge.
The living room opens directly onto a 17m2 courtyard via a large bay window. With its pretty stone wall, the courtyard is furnished with a sitting and dining area, and illuminated in the evening by soft, subdued lighting.
Upstairs are the “Tabac” and “Bleue” bedrooms, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with shower.
