The house can be hired for events under the following conditions:
- Occupancy on the day of the reception: 60 people maximum
- Only the house's sound system may be used - monitoring of the event by the wedding planner is compulsory (mandatory)
- After 10pm, music may only be played inside the villa - bay windows closed to protect the surrounding area.
- Sleeping accommodation for up to 34 people.

Luxurious villa located 100 metres from Les Prises beach with a capacity of 34 people in 9 double rooms and 4 dormitories for 4 people. The rooms are equipped with 160cm beds. Swimming pool secured by roller shutter, 1 Jacuzzi for 12 people, sauna, table tennis, table football, paddle board available, canoe available. Shopping can be ordered before your arrival, as can bicycles. Large games room with pinball and table football.
Linen and cleaning included.
Because of its capacity (34 people to sleep), we are concerned to preserve our neighbourhood from any nuisance and that the premises be used ‘as a good father of the family’.
During your rental period, we ask you to respect a few principles which will contribute to the smooth running of your stay and enable you to enjoy the villa in the best possible conditions.
