Perfectly nestled in the very centre of Les Portes, 300 metres from the sandy beaches, this very recently built villa has been designed by one of the leading architects on the Ile de Re. The house is beautifully finished, with high quality furnishings and fittings. The style is modern but extremely comfortable and warm. The layout have been conceived to make the most of the special light for which the Ile de Re is famed. In front of the living room, the large terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and overlooking the pool, flowers and trees of the landscaped garden.
The villa “Octave” can be entirely rented or can be rented, out of the high season, to only 8 guests (in 4 bedrooms) at an adapted tariff.
